Terms & conditions of sale
Sale and Purchase of Goods
Maia Rose ("Seller") hereby agrees to sell, and You ("Buyer") hereby agree to purchase, goods of the description and quantity described on the checkout window ("Checkout") and incorporated herein by this reference ("Goods") on the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
Purchase Price
Buyer agrees to pay the purchase price of the goods as posted on this website attached here to.
Payment Terms
The total amount of the purchase price shall be payable in full by buyer according to the payment due date stated at checkout.
Delivery
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery shall be made in accordance with Seller's shipping policy in effect on the date of shipment. Delivery dates provided by seller are estimates only. Seller will make reasonable efforts to deliver in accordance with such dates; however, seller will not be liable for failure to deliver as estimated. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by seller, goods shall be packaged according to seller's standards and practices.
Disclaimer of Warranty/Limitation of Liability
Seller undertakes no responsibility for the quality of the goods or that the goods will be fit for any particular purpose for which buyer may be buying the goods, except as otherwise provided in this agreement, and seller disclaims all other warranties and conditions, express or implied.
General
Buyer may not assign this agreement without seller's written consent. Seller is the sole intended beneficiary of this agreement. If there is any inconsistency between this agreement and any other agreement included with or relating to the goods, this agreement shall govern. This agreement may not be modified, altered or amended without the written agreement of Seller. Any additional or altered terms attached to any order submitted by buyer shall be null and void, unless expressly agreed to in writing by seller. If any term of this agreement is illegal or unenforceable, the legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired.
Acceptance and Acknowledgement of Terms
Use of this website constitutes acceptance of these terms. You acknowledge that you have read and are bound by the Terms, as well as any other usage agreements of Ours, including the Website Terms of Use that may govern your conduct. Events Terms & Conditions
Booking Cancellation / Refunds
All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Please note that once you have signed up for a course, workshop, treatment, or retreat you are liable for the payment in full should you decide that you no longer wish to attend.
We cannot be held liable for any third-party costs, such as travel bookings or accommodation.
If in exceptionally rare circumstances, we may have to cancel events due to adverse weather conditions. In this case, all guests will be offered a full refund, an alternative workshop date or workshop 'credit' to be used on another workshop of their choosing.
Associated Travel / Accommodation Costs
Any associated costs surrounding guests planned attendance of workshop or retreats, including travel and accommodation, will not be the responsibility of Maia Rose in the situation of a workshop or retreat cancellation. Guests take these additional costs on at their own risk. If this concerns you, you may wish to consider taking out travel insurance to cover the trip in the event of cancellation.
Photos & Film
Photography and film are occasionally taken during public workshops, to be used for marketing purposes. If you have any objection to having your image used, please do let us know upon booking or during the workshop.
Lost Items
Participants are responsible for belongings at all times. Amrita Rose Temple is not responsible for items that are lost or left behind at any event.
Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
Terms of Use
Promotional codes cannot be used in conjuncture with gift vouchers. Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
In the unlikely event that an event booked with a gift voucher is cancelled, the gift voucher will be extended by another 12 months from the date of cancellation.
Availability
Vouchers do no guarantee spaces on any specific course, at any specific venue, or during any specific season. It is the responsibility of the voucher holder to ensure they allow enough time to make a booking before courses fill up or their voucher expires.
Remaining Balance
No remaining balance from gift vouchers can be refunded, however remaining balance after booking an event can but put towards another event or product.
